Running Analysis

The Peak Performance Running Analysis is an in-depth biomechanical evaluation and injury screening for anyone who wants to improve their performance, diagnose and treat an injury, or to prevent future injuries. Our therapists are trained to examine faulty movement patterns that put runners at risk for injury.

Statistics have shown that 68% of runners will experience an injury during the next year and no athlete wants to take time out of their busy training schedule.

Our trained physical therapists will evaluate you from your shoes and the surfaces you run on, to core strength, foot and gait type. This session will involve a complete physical therapy evaluation and video assessment using sports video analysis software. Runners will be able to leave the appointment with recommendations for training, shoe type and/or orthotic recommendations, and information to keep them running strong all year round.
