Our highly skilled physical therapists plan each patient’s care under the direction of your physician or surgeon. For those undergoing elective joint replacement surgery, we can perform pre-operative assessments to identify and address modifications to the home environment, as well as post-operative assistive equipment needs.
After your surgery, your therapist will continue to communicate with your surgeon for the best plan of care for your case. We will design a rehabilitation program specific to your needs and goals. This will include a progressive strengthening and mobility program, as well as interventions to manage pain.
